There are two different types of classes: Beginner and Intermediate. Of course, should you wish to choose a class different to our suggestions below or only have one preferred day, you are welcome to. We do then ask that you understand the style and level of class you have chosen, and set your expectations accordingly.
Beginner - If you want to slow it down and master the basics, we suggest jumping into a Beginner class, where we will work with more direct instruction and a stronger focus on the foundations of wheel throwing.
Intermediate - Here we will look at some techniques and skills beyond the basics that you may have already learned and practiced. You will still be guided through by your teacher, but there will be a level of independence and freedom as we know you may want to try out some new things as your confidence grows. This level is recommended if you have done at least 1 term program at Cones Studio or another ceramics studio.
These classes are limited to 10 people so booking is essential.
